Is there a traffic light-like gauge?

Is there a gauge that just shows Green, Yellow, or Red based on a set scale? The level gauge and the speedometer are ok, but I just want the color. If not, is there a way to build a new traffic like gauge? Or is that beyond the scope of the SDK's?
