Splunk Enterprise in Windows upgrade failed with LIBEAY32.dll and SSLEAY32.dll is missing

When I upgrade from Splunk 7.3.9 to 8.0.0 or 8.1, it failed with below message.

"The program can't start because LIBEAY32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

"The program can't start because SSLEAY32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

It is possible if the openssl version from the target version is lower than the original one.

To fix this, just get the latest version from the major release that you wish to use (ie. 8.0.x or 8.1.x)
