We are trying to integrate Nagios 3.X with Splunk 6.2. Can you please tell us, where to download Splunk for Nagios version 3 with Nagios 3.x and add-on with proper documentation? Analytics for Nagios document important notes says:

Important: use Splunk for Nagios version 3 with Nagios 3.x, and Analytics for Nagios version 4 with Nagios Core 4.x or Nagios XI.

I had the same issue, so I just manually changed the url from:
https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/352/release/4.0.0/agree/

to:
https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/352/release/3.0.0/agree/

Click that, and you should get: analytics-for-nagios_300.tgz

Unfortunately, even though I originally started down the Nagios 3 path (I tried and tried), I found that the Splunk app wasn't working very well with it. The updated version is much better, and installing Nagios from source on CentOS was very simple. So, I'm much happier with Nagios 4 and Analytics for Nagios 4.0.0. I highly recommend looking into that.
