Where can I download the Splunk App for Salesforce?

I have Splunk cloud, but cannot seem to download the Splunk App for Salesforce.

You need to submit a ticket to Splunk support requesting the installation of the app

We are doing a cloud trial right now and it won't let us submit a case to get the Salesforce App, is there a way we can get the App with this trial to evaluate it?
