Yes, both users have a role(s) that are under the User Base DN / Group Base DN, which is why i think it's weird they are affected, but others under the same are not. ... View more

Users' account is setup properly in Active Directory.  They have the appropriate role(s) assigned, but when attempting to login, keep getting error "Error > Unauthorized".  Other users have no issues, but seeing two users that are set the same as other users and getting Unauthorized.   ...
