This is a known issue and the developers are working on resolving it. Rest assured, your questions ARE being posted... they're just causing duplicates if you keep posting the same question. And then those of us in the community who can, are closing everyone's duplicates:

i'm also given the power to upvote a question an infinite number of times. i checked from another non-cached/non-logged in device and the votes are real and not just visible to me.
what to do with this power...
edit: while the votes are indeed visible to other people it looks like they get reset after half an hour. rip. still can't post tho
