Can we change the installation drive without impacting forwarder configurations, saved alerts etc?

Hello,
I have installed Splunk on C drive of windows and now I would like move it to D drive because of space issues. Can i do this without impacting forwarder configurations, saved alerts etc. Please could you help

Yes, you could stop splunk instance and move the C:\Program files\Splunk to D:\ Also, check in the env variables/home path for any reference to SPLUNK_HOME, SPLUNK_DB and update. You may also need to check splunk-launch.conf for the path and update accordingly.
