Hi Chris -

To track new answers to any question, you can grab the per-question RSS feed (look in the lower-right of any question page for the feed icon) and hook that up to your RSS reader.

Or if you want email notification, there are many free RSS-to-email services which will send you email when an RSS feed is updated (see http://www.google.com/search?q=rss+to+email).
