Bluecoat Proxy Add-In - TimeZone incorrect

In my Bluecoat proxy server, logs are adjusted for my timezone (PST), yet when the logs show up in Splunk they are showing GMT, not PST and therefore 8 hours off.

What needs to be done on the BlueCoat Add-in to correct this?
