I found splunk error on window

I install splunk on window server 2003 and forward logs to splunk indexer (not stored logs on local)

I found error on window server 2003 but splunk can work normally

splunkd.exe - Application Error (Window popup error) The application failed to intialize property (0xc0000142) Click on OK to terminate program
Error on window event (Application channel) Source : Application Error Description : Faulting application splunkd.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module splunkd.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00440162

What happen between splunk and window server 2003 ?
