Hi,

I've configured the LDAP authentication for Splunk 4.3.3. I have no issues with the strategies being configured, I can see the LDAP users for each group. It even allowed me to map the Splunk roles. But it will not let me log in using any of the LDAP accounts I have mapped. It gives me an Invalid Username or Password error.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

One Answer:

No, I have never seen the same issue when my configuration is correct. Did you confirm if LDAP group and user role of splunk are mapped correctly? I recommned you if your configuraiton is everything correct.
