Problem with splunk login

When I want to login splunk，it alawys shows this error message：

500 Internal Server Error
Return to Splunk home page
An error occurred while rendering the page template. See web_service.log for more details
...

But the web_service.log just include the INFO Level log, no error message.

Environment：

OS：win7 Pro 64bit 
Splunk version：4.3.1，4.3.2 64bit
Browser:Firefox,IE,Google Chrome

0	Ensure the splunkweb service is started. If it is, I would try to restart it and check the windows event logs for any details it could give. link answered 14 May '12, 04:54 jsb22 152●7 accept rate: 17%
