Refine your search:

Hello,

We just installed the product at a client site and the product is very nice however we are missing some functionality -

Under the user statistics when we try to drill down to the individual user status's the search does not work -

The problem is with how the user is defined and how the raw data captures the user data or how the transforms parses out that data-

3,x.x.x.x,1322848665,1030,10.211.1.56,74.125.224.162,http,http://feeds.feedburner.com/geekwire?format=xml,80,9,,1215,42565,114,,LDAP://ssddmnc5.somecompany.com OU=Users,OU=City,DC=fubar,DC=com/Smith, Barney

So in the raw data above after the name Smith there is a "" but when you run the form search or the wsuserredirect the additional is not there. What parameter needs to be changed in order to correct this error?

Thanks,

Rick
