The flash module for the map is in front of the nav dropdowns. This a known issue? Any work arounds? Something i may be doing wrong?

One Answer:

This is a known issue and will be fixed soon. For now you can add this one to the HTML file you are rendering in the ServerSideInclude:

so.addParam('wmode', 'transparent');
