Sourcetype options not auto-populating in Search Bar

Hello,

We noticed in one of our Splunk instances that the options for the Sourcetype values are not auto-populating as we type along. This works in the home page of the Search app but once we issue a search and then try a different search in the search bar of the results page the auto-population for sourcetype does not appear to be working any more. We are running version 4.2.1 on this instance and it acts as both a search head and an indexer.
