Refine your search:

When posting a question or answer, I often like to be able to paste in a URL to direct the reader to further information. On the old Answers site, this would automatically link to the desired URL when I clicked on it, but not it doesn't. Is there a workaround?

One Answer:

This is a known issue. As a workaround, you can use the link widget in the editor window to link to a URL, as I do here.

html coding of <a href="urlname">Linktext</a> also works.
