ammap pdf/print not working

Running 4.1.7 on windows and have ammap installed. My ammap search runs fine and I see the results on the pretty map in ammap view. The issue I am running into is that I cannot print or PDF the pretty map. If i try to use the 'Print' Action I get a box with no map in it. I tried numerous print settings with the same result.

Originally, the "Schedule for PDF delivery" was grayed out so I added the autoRun="true" in the following in the amap_view xml.

  <module name="TitleBar" layoutPanel="viewHeader" autoRun="True">
<param name="actionsMenuFilter">dashboard</param>

This allowed me to schedule the PDF delivery however the PDF also displayed a blank box. Im guessing this is because the generated map is in flash...

So far, the only way I have found to print the map is to use print screen and throw it in mspaint or something. Anyone have any ideas of how I can schedule/configure this so i don't have to manually print screen it?
